| Iona Grammar School under the direction of Mr. Peter M. Borchetta, President and Headmaster and the Iona Grammar School Board of Directors commissioned Copley Harris Company, Inc. to conduct a strategic planning study in March 2003. The purpose of the study was to obtain views and opinions of constituent users and individuals of influence on current delivery of service, and immediate and long term goals of Iona Grammar School. | ||||||||||||||||||
| A Strategic Planning Committee, representing a broad cross-section of Iona constituents was convened and chaired by Jonathan Corpina, Alumni 1986. They were charged with objectively reviewing data and findings and presenting their recommendations to Iona's Board of Directors and the Board of Christian Brothers. Both boards unanimously approved the recommendations of the Committee. The seven strategic goals and desired outcomes for each goal are presented for your information. | ||||||||||||||||||
